Seattle Day One
Last week I took a week-long trip to Washington state to see my grandparents and on the last two days we made a long stop over in Seattle before flying home. Autumn was in full swing, as were the decorations including this pumpkin patch in the middle of a shopping centre. So, of course, I took pictures in front of it all. Getting into the fall spirit.

Seattle Day One
Seattle is full of some serious hills and so flats were my best friends on this trip, especially with the amount of shopping and sightseeing we crammed into two days. Wearing my Converse black hightops for a full day of shopping, along with my Dr Denim cropped flared jeans in this washed out denim. These jeans are so form fitting but the denim is extremely thin and super stretchy making them the most comfortable pair of high waisted denim I own.

Seattle is almost exactly the same as Manchester, with some serious changes in weather throughout the day. With layering in mind, I had on a cashmere jumper. This polo necked caramel coloured one is from Marks & Spencer last year, but i’ve found a similar one from ASOS. It was a great layering piece to take on and off and throw into my backpack which is packed full to the brim full of god knows what. This leather backpack is from Zara and they tend to bring them out in different colours every season. If you find one in store, snap it up because it’s a bloody useful bag to have, but I have found some alternatives below if you fancy a look!

Also wearing my Iro cropped leather jacket and my twill baker boy hat from ASOS which is the best purchase for windy cities or bad hair day situations which when these photos were taken was an amalgamation of the two. It should be mentioned that on this day, I spent a small fortune in Sephora, Apple and Aritizia the last of which is an absolute favourite store in the US they I always love maxing out my credit card in and one of the purchases will be up on the blog tomorrow!
